The problem is not the customer, the problem is not everybody else……
There’s not a company out there anywhere that is not in the people business; and the sooner you train your customer service professionals to understand this the better….
Forget about numbers, forget about sales goals, forget about quotas and get back to the people part of the business and the rest will follow!
The book that I read says that if you want friends you have to first be friendly…. so get busy making friends out of your customers and everything you seek will come!
